P ersonal Training is the highest level of service offered by KeepFitMammy. With a personal training package, you will receive ongoing support from your trainer via a method that suits you best. This may be texting, Whatsapp, email, Facebook or by telephone.
Personal training is ‘personal’ to you and your needs. This could be in your first, second or third trimester, or after baby and beyond.
Your trainer will meet for a consultation where measurements will be taken and you will be questioned on the areas of your life that will affect your fitness journey.
You will receive constant support and commitment from your trainer, and she will expect the commitment to be reciprocated in order to achieve the best results.

With a personal training package
Initial Consultation
An initial consultation to assess your current fitness level, set goals and take measurements. This consultation will also involve an interview to assess any barriers you may have emotionally or physically relating to exercise and nutrition.
Training Plans
Training plans targeting the muscles weakened during pregnancy and childbirth as well as working towards personal goals set during your consultation.
Nutrition
Nutritional advice based around your current nutritional needs. This will change regularly throughout your fitness journey.
Communication
Support via your preferred method of communication.
Goal Reviews
Regular full body assessments, to check you are on track with your current goals. Goals will be adjusted depending on the results of each assessment.
Training Plans
Home workouts and training plans for in-between sessions.
